In 2005, David founded Analytics8 in the United States. His focus is on leading and building Analytics8’s business in the Americas as well as our worldwide products business.
Building something or doing an activity with my family. You’ll never find me being idle. “Relaxing” on a beach sounds like torture to me.
At various times I wanted to be an artist, an archaeologist, a magician, a computer programmer like my Dad, and from about 7th grade-on, I wanted to be an engineer.
I’ve never drank even a drop of milk. Ice cream, yes. Cheese, yes. Yogurt, yes. Milk, never!
Chief Operating Officer
Brian oversees sales, delivery and operations for Analytics8. He also leads our Financial services vertical within our go-to-market team.

There are many, but early on I remember the satisfaction of presenting a proof of concept to a prospective customer and solving some of their previously “unsolvable” data questions. That experience was infectious and is one of the reasons why I still find BI such a rewarding area to work in.
Chief Marketing Officer
Tracey is responsible for all marketing efforts for Analytics8's products and services including lead generation, brand positioning and awareness, content creation, digital marketing, advertising, business development, events, and sponsorships.
Likely chasing my twins around and finding some creative way to entertain them. I also love running on the Chicago lakefront path (yes, even in the winter) and checking out the shops and restaurants in our neighborhood. And eating pizza. I love pizza.
My first job out of college was working as a consultant for Accenture where I focused on training development and delivery. I met so many great people at Accenture and got to work with some really fun clients including: Discovery Channel, PBS, Gannett, and the Transportation Security Administration.
I was the manager at the community pool for many summers in college. This was a great experience and taught me a lot about customer service and how to best lead a team.
Chief Technology Officer
Patrick is responsible for leading the technical direction of Analytics8, ensuring that we are able to provide the most cutting edge and effective technologies, methodologies, and approaches to help our customers make the best decisions with data. He also leads our Healthcare vertical within our go-to-market team.
Playing with my sons, Oliver and George. If they’re asleep, I’m probably out in the garage tinkering or building something. If they’re with the babysitter, my wife and I are sharing a bottle (or two!) of wine while binging on Netflix. We both enjoy documentaries and historical drama.
I wanted to be a concert pianist when I was in elementary school. In high school, I realized being a rock guitarist was more popular with the ladies, so I shifted my focus to a louder musical genre.
Take the one thing in your life that you can never live without and make that your hobby. Take the thing in life you’re the best at, and make that your career; it will afford you the opportunity to love your hobby forever. I’m not sure that’s exactly my favorite quote, but it’s definitely the quote that has had the most impact on my life. A homeless man who was helping me wash my car for a few bucks said that quote to me in between semesters while at university. I changed my major to electrical engineering before the next semester and I’ve been the tech guy ever since.

John is responsible for the Finance function at Analytics8.

Karin oversees Analytics8's Talent Acquisition, Career Development and Retention, Resource Allocation and Human Resources.

Gone bungee jumping or sky diving....no way you could get me to jump OUT of a plane or off a bridge, tethered to a rope or not!
My first job was working in a convent. I got paid to keep the nuns company and to bring them lunch.
Chief Data Officer
Tony is responsible for data strategy and data governance at Analytics8, ensuring we make the best decisions for our company and the clients we serve. He also leads our Consumer Goods and Services vertical within our go-to-market team.
I worked with my dad and grandfather in manufacturing plants deburring parts. It wasn’t glamourous, but I learned quickly that the family business probably wasn’t for me. I came home covered in oil and exhausted from being awake before 5:00 a.m., so I decided was going to take a different path.
This sounds crazy, but I think I make a really, really good homemade pizza. If I’m not making pizza at home though, we’re going to Glass Nickel in Madison for their Fetalicious pizza.
I wanted to be a civil engineer that designed sports stadiums. I wanted to combine my aptitude for math and science with my love for sports and couldn’t envision a better way to do so. Turns out data is an even better confluence of those two interests.
Executive Vice President of Consulting
Kevin is our Executive VP of Consulting and is based out of our Chicago office. He leads the entirety of our consulting organization, including 100+ consultants in the U.S. and Europe.
Chasing my daughters around the playground, or on a quest to find the best pizza in Chicago. If not there, then I’m going for long runs through Chicago neighborhoods, attending a concert with my wife, or hopelessly rooting for the Chicago Bears.
I worked in the men’s suit department at Nordstrom. I learned how to do a halfway decent job folding dress shirts, and learned most designer suits are outside the budget of an average 16-year-old.
I was a classically trained pianist and soprano in the choir growing up, and I can grow a fantastic mustache.

Christina leads our Data Strategy Service Line, helping our customers to think and act strategically about data and analytics.
The opportunity to make a difference for our customers and build a better future. There is such an incredible amount of power and potential in the overwhelming amounts of data available today; helping our customers approach data and analytics strategically—leaning on our collective experience and thought leadership to carve a path forward that is practical and immediately impactful—and then watching them grow and succeed is exciting and fulfilling work.
I was a cashier at Ace Hardware in high school. I learned a little about hardware and a lot about customer service and the value of working with a great team. The way I remember it now, things were either dead or crazy busy. I was fortunate to work with great people who communicated well and had each other’s back during the busy times and entertained each other and bonded during the down times. I even built a simple website where we could share stories and pictures of the team at our store.
My grandmother made the BEST pizza. We spent years trying to learn to make it the same way, even tried videotaping her making it once. I haven’t quite achieved her mastery of it but making it the way she used to is still my favorite pizza to eat.
