Use System Profiler to:

determine all of the reports with sensitive data and users that access those reports
analyze errors from scheduled reports to improve distribution reliability
determine how many users use each universe over time (combined with Auditor)
compile a data dictionary of universe (and even report) objects
find excess instances of a report to save disk space
document the settings on production servers before migrating
find inactive users for system clean-up or retraining
